High School Select Chorus to be featured in WMHT's "Music for the Holidays"
 

(December 8, 2011) Clayton A. Bouton High School's Select Chorus has been selected to perform in the upcoming "Music for the Holidays" 2011 production on WMHT.

The chorus, under the direction of Mrs. Mary Abba Gleason, auditioned for the program in late October and was invited to record their holiday selections at the studio on Thursday, Nov. 17.

The Music for the Holidays program is a yearly show which features the vocal talents of students in area schools. The show is one hour in length with 18 area school choruses—elementary through high school—being represented. The show will be broadcast on the following dates and times:

• Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011 from 8-9 a.m.

• Monday, Dec. 19, 2011 from 5-6 p.m.

• Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011 from 8-9 p.m.

• Friday, Dec. 23, 2011 from 5-6 p.m.

• Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011 from 4-5 p.m.

The show will also be available on WMHT-FM's Classical Radio Station on Sunday, Dec. 25 at 6 p.m.
