Clayton A. Bouton HS student has work selected for regional art show at
Saint Rose

The artwork of Clayton A. Bouton High School senior Ilyssa Simsek will
be featured in the College of Saint Rose's 13th Annual Regional High
School Juried Art Exhibition. The exhibit runs Feb. 15 through March 15
at the Esther Massry Gallery, Massry Center for the Arts, 1002 Madison
Ave., Albany.
Simsek's charcoal drawing of a flag was selected by a jury of Saint Rose
art faculty. She is a student in Marie Triller's Portfolio Preparation
Class.
The grand opening event will be held March 2 from 5-7 p.m. in the Esther
Massry Gallery on the St. Rose campus. Tim Rollins will be the keynote
speaker at 7 p.m. when awards will be given.
Gallery hours
Monday-Thursday 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Sunday noon-4
p.m. The gallery will be open for 1st Friday, March 2, from 5 p.m. until
9 p.m. and closed March 4-11 (spring break).
