11, 2012) What happens when you mix together Farm to School (F2S),
new cooking equipment, and the middle
school TV crew? A series of cooking videos with F2S guest chef, Brian
Molino, to be used as part of the morning announcements. The
first in the series aired Feb. 10, with the second and third
scheduled to air in the near future.

This first series focused on snack ideas utilizing local, seasonal foods
that complement the F2S Local Harvest Program. The F2S team hopes that
the videos encourage students to consider snack options that incorporate
our local bounty and that enough interest is generated to continue with
additional videos.
